For deep-sea fishing, we will head towards Baie de Russ, located in front of the Nosy Be archipelago, about 25 km from Ambatoloaka and 40-45 minutes of navigation.
It’s a beautiful spot, with perfect anchorages in this highly protected bay; it’s like being in the eye of the hurricane. The marine life in the bay is exceptionally rich, and its coral reef is perfect for snorkeling and diving.
A paradise for fishing.
Additionally, in this bay, during the season from October to December, it's easy to encounter whales, and it is also one of the best places where you can encounter the rare whale shark.
On its beaches, sea turtles lay their eggs, and among the vegetation, colonies of birds, reptiles, and lemurs are hosted.
Various trails, suitable for daily hikes, wind through the trees.
The excursion can be done in two different ways
By motorboat:
Half-day, with departure at 07:30 and return at 12:00.
Lunch and drinks included.
The cost is 300€, to be divided among a maximum of four people.
By catamaran:
Full day, with departure at 07:30 and return at 15:30.
Lunch and drinks included.
One person = 500€
Two people = 700€
Four people = 900€
Six people = 1000€
Maximum 6 people.
