We recommend: sunscreen, hat, beach towel, swimsuit, flip-flops, camera, light clothing, snorkeling mask, and optionally, fins, small-denomination coins (even 1-2 euros) for purchases in small local markets.
For some tours, tennis shoes, mosquito repellent spray, and water shoes are preferred.
The most frequent tours are those that last one day, but there are also options for a few hours or half a day.
In some cases, some of these trips can be arranged to last two days.
However, for tours on the mainland, there are no limits: you can choose a one-day tour or even one lasting ten days or more. In this case, a duration of five days is recommended.
Day trips generally start around 8:30 a.m. and end around 4:30 p.m. (exact times will be provided on a case-by-case basis).
The lunch offered during the tours is a typical Malagasy meal, rich and very tasty.

Lobster: if you wish to taste Madagascar’s lobster, you must book it at least 1 day in advance, and there is an additional cost of 10.00 euros per person.
All the food served, including raw vegetables, is washed and cooked using mineral water.
Yes:
if the chosen tour is a group tour, only the lunch option can be customized: with or without lobster.
if the tour is chosen as private, it can be customized in many aspects according to the client's request, as long as time and distances remain unchanged, and with price variations depending on the request.
Payments can currently be made in two ways:
directly on the day of the excursion in cash (euros are accepted).
via paypal after prior contact through whatsapp or phone to the italian number, with a small discount of €5 per person for each booked tour.
In case of bad weather we will arrange with the customer to reschedule the tour for another day. If rescheduling is not possible due to continuing bad weather or the customer's personal reasons, a full refund will be provided.
For special tours where certain services had to be purchased in advance, the case will be evaluated individually, with the intention of resolving it fairly without imposing any retention fees. ( We are not aggressive in this regard because we understand that unforeseen, and sometimes unpleasant, events can occur, and we do not like to add further stress ).
Children under 4 years old don't pay.
Children between 6 and 9 years old pay 20€.
Children 10 years and older pay as adults.
For groups, the discount will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
With the exception of current weather uncertainties, we can say that:
If you're looking for sunshine, mild warmth, and no clouds, the best time to visit is generally from early May to October.
Between August and September is when the humpback whales migrate, so sightings are guaranteed.
October and November are the months when encounters with the whale shark, the great gentle giant, are most likely.

a deposit would be appreciated, but it is not generally required.
Only for tours that require special bookings or advance payments for rentals is a reservation and deposit required, at least one week before the selected date.
The tours are available in Italian and French. For other languages, specific requests can be made, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate them.
Regarding safety, I would say there is no danger at all.
As for health, it is recommended to rest a little after arriving at the accommodation hosting you, especially during the hottest and most humid period. Another suggestion is to avoid drinking water that is not bottled and consuming ice of unknown origin.
